project1
  • Red Willow: Bear Creek 3
  • This is an H2S site controlled by an RTU safety system. There are monitors installed around the site that in an emergency will send a signal to the RTU to shut the well, and will also send audio and visual alarms to alert personel.
project2
  • Samson Resources: Tipton SWD
  • This salt water disposal site is controlled by both PLC and relay logic. It uses an AB PLC Micrologix 1000 and a AB SMC_FLEX soft starter to control the injection pump, and relay logic to control the offload station and transfer pump. The system is fully protected, by alarms such as: high and low pressure and tanks levels, vibration, low oil, and low lube.
project3
  • Nabors Well Services: Woodbine SWD
  • The fully automated salt water disposal is controlled by a Scada Pack 32 control micro systems PLC. The system uses VFD's controlled by a PID algorithm to maintain specific pressures in the water lines, and uses PID algorithms to control the tanks levels. A touch screen monitor was installed to view the whole system in operation, as well as display every alarm on the system.

We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you.
